Job summary

eStoreLabs is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage content-related projects, including production and localization, for international brands in the pharma sector. You will oversee assets, timing, and client communications, ensuring process adherence and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years managing client-facing projects, strong English, and a proactive, independent work style.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and executing projects with strong organizational skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate content production, localization, and assets.
• Experience working with clients for at least 2 years with professionalism and good communication.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Experience in pharma/medical industry is a plus.
• Independence, proactive mindset, and resilience under pressure.
• Excel at an intermediate level and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day coordination and execution of content-related projects (production, localization).
• Handle administrative aspects of the project, manage assets and files.
• Fill out time management tools and track progress.
• Propose process improvements and communicate them to team and client.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain professional client contact and report status; follow up on delays.
• Assist team discussions and status reporting; identify problems and propose solutions.
• Create collaborative environment and promote knowledge sharing.
• Continuous learning and skills improvement.
