The role focuses on turning strategic plans into publishable and distributed material, with collaboration across operations to align weekly and monthly content schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 4+ years of marketing/content creation experience preferred.
• Experience executing campaigns across digital and print channels.
• Proficiency with Canva, InDesign, Photoshop.
• Experience with email and SMS marketing platforms.
• Experience managing content across major social media platforms.
• Ability to update website content and imagery.
• Strong written English, copywriting, editing, and content development skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategy across management company and portfolio.
• Create and manage email and SMS campaigns including copywriting and scheduling.
• Update and maintain company and property websites with current content and imagery.
• Create and schedule social media content and visuals.
• Develop content to engage customers, tenants, investors, and stakeholders.
• Create print content and assist with banners, flyers, signage, and mailers.
• Source photography/imagery for web, social, email, and print.
• Maintain brand consistency across content/materials.
• Translate strategic priorities into weekly/monthly content and production schedules.
• Coordinate with property management and vendors for content needs and approvals.
