Job summary

WPP Production is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate localization-led content within our website and marketing materials. You’ll partner with Content Studio to ensure timely delivery, review imagery for cultural viability, and support the creative team with assets and photo retouching.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in graphic production or project management, is fluent in English, and proficient with Adobe Photoshop.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in graphic production or project management.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Build consolidated short lists of campaign imagery.
• Request file building from Geo Content Studio for new screens to be built.
• Request photo retouching for lifestyle photos to be featured.
• Route loose Cross Functional imagery for approval.
• Fulfil image requests from various functional teams.
• Communicate with Worldwide CPMs for project information and asset transfers.
• Work with Business Affairs on 3rd party assets for APAC market.
• Transfer launch assets to long-term Digital Asset system.
• Define localization needs and brief the graphic production team.
• Plan, manage, and track content localization for on-time delivery.
• Manage staging and organization of final assets on servers.
• Review deliverables and communicate edits for the production team.
• Collaborate with CPM to plan job distribution monthly/quarterly.
