You will collaborate with Content Studio and the creative team to coordinate asset distribution, track statuses, and create clear briefs for teams. The role requires 5+ years in project/asset management, strong communication, and an autonomous yet collaborative work style.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project/Asset Management delivery.
• Strong communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Assets delivered on time using CMS tools.
• Manage asset distribution and keep accurate records.
• Coordinate with PMs and Producers to meet timings and update leads.
• Track and report on the status of all assets.
• Create clear briefs and uploads to teams.
• Create and manage matrices.
• Check assets against guides.
• Handle overflow tasks from LOB PM.
