Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Design, or related field preferred; not required.
• 4+ years in marketing, content creation, or related function preferred.
• Experience executing campaigns across digital and print channels.
• Experience supporting multiple brands or portfolio companies is an advantage.
• Experience with U.S.-based clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategy and campaigns across the management company and portfolio.
• Create and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns, including copywriting and segmentation.
• Update and maintain websites with current content and imagery.
• Create and schedule social media content; source images and graphics.
• Develop content to engage customers, tenants, investors, and stakeholders.
• Create print marketing content and assist in designing materials like banners and mailers.
• Source and manage photography and visual assets.
• Maintain consistent brand standards across all content and channels.
• Coordinate with operations and vendors to gather content and approvals.
• Track content performance and report results.
