Job summary

You will review requirements, assign language professionals, monitor timelines, and provide updates to clients and internal teams. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and the ability to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field is required or preferred.
• Experience in project coordination or management is preferred.
• Experience in translation/localization industry is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate translation, interpretation, and localization projects from initiation to completion.
• Review project requirements, including scope, language pairs, deadlines, and client specifications.
• Assign and coordinate with translators, interpreters, editors, and other language professionals.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
• Maintain organized project files and resources.
