You will ensure staffing, skilling, and shrinkage plans translate into interval-level service delivery, collaborating with forecasters and schedulers to optimize workforce actions.

The role requires strong real-time monitoring, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with excellent communication skills.

Formación

• Experience with real-time monitoring systems and contact center metrics.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor intraday service levels across calls, chats, and queues.
• Publish daily staffing plans and heatmaps for 1–7 days ahead.
• Translate variance drivers into targeted schedule changes with forecasters.
