Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Ability to evaluate options and make decisions aligned to policies and criteria.
• Advanced analytical capability; proficient with tools to improve accuracy and efficiency (Microsoft Office, Alteryx).
• Experience with end-to-end case management workflows and vendor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Review complex screening cases and decide based on evidence and criteria.
• Analyze data to assess validity, completeness, and compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of tools and workflows supporting case processing and reporting.
• Support end-to-end screening lifecycle including third-party vendor initiation and case management.
• Provide appropriate oversight of third-party vendors and escalate when needed.
• Manage workload to meet service levels in a fast-paced environment.
• Document decisions and rationale clearly; apply sound judgment and handle sensitive information.
