Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Advanced analytical capability and experience using tools to improve accuracy and efficiency (including Microsoft Office and Alteryx).
• Experience with third-party case initiation and end-to-end case management workflows, including vendor oversight and escalation criteria.
• Ability to manage case workload against defined service level expectations and identify potential risks for escalation.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation of decisions and rationale.

Responsibilities

• Review complex screening cases and make decisions based on evidence, documented criteria, and applicable requirements.
• Analyze data to assess validity, completeness, and compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and guidelines.
• Maintain working knowledge of automated tools and workflows that support case processing and reporting.
• Support end-to-end screening lifecycle processes, including third-party screening vendor initiation and case management.
• Provide appropriate oversight of third-party vendors and identify when issues require escalation.
• Manage case workload to meet service level expectations and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Apply established methods, systems, and procedures to resolve issues and document outcomes clearly.
• Exercise sound judgment, act with integrity, and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to reduce risk and rework.
• Contribute operational use cases and draft clear requirements to support technology enhancements.
• Learn and apply relevant regulations and standards related to workforce screening, including interpreting criminal history and credit-related information where applicable.
