Qualifications

• 7+ years in conflicts management, preferably international law firm or regulated environment.
• 2-3 years leadership, coaching, or team supervision experience.
• Experience identifying, assessing, and managing conflicts of interest.
• Strong knowledge of professional conflict rules and firm policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct conflict checks for new clients and matters to identify conflicts.
• Review and analyze conflict reports and provide risk-based recommendations.
• Serve as the first escalation point for complex conflict matters.
• Provide guidance to partners and stakeholders on conflicts-related issues.
• Lead, mentor, and coach junior team members and maintain procedures.
