Emapta Global in the Philippines seeks a Conflicts Team Lead to coach specialists, guide assessments, escalations, and risk-based recommendations across international operations. You will strengthen decision-making, QA, knowledge sharing, and standards across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• 7+ years of conflicts management experience in complex or highly regulated environments.
• 2–3 years of leadership, team supervision, coaching, or mentoring experience.
• Strong command of conflicts rules, risk assessment practices, governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct conflict checks for new clients and matters to identify conflicts of interest.
• Review conflict reports and provide risk-based recommendations.
• Act as the first escalation point for complex conflicts matters.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and maintain procedures and training materials.
• Prepare reports for the Conflicts Committee to support decisions.
• Support global conflicts initiatives and cross-regional projects.
