Emapta Philippines is seeking a Senior Conflicts Advisor to oversee complex conflicts checks for international clients. You will guide senior stakeholders with risk-based recommendations and ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Specialized conflicts management experience in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of conflicts rules, professional conduct standards, and related policies.
• Ability to evaluate complex conflicts and provide risk-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct conflict checks for new clients and matters.
• Review conflict reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluate conflicts and recommend resolutions, escalating when needed.
• Serve as primary contact for conflicts inquiries to lawyers and stakeholders.
• Draft conflicts and confidentiality waivers and related docs.
• Maintain records of searches, approvals, and decisions for compliance.
