Job summary

Connext is seeking a Systems Administrator to design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, security, backup, disaster recovery, and SaaS platforms.

The role provides technical expertise for complex infrastructure issues, supports infrastructure projects, and acts as an escalation point for advanced concerns, while ensuring standards and documentation are maintained.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure engineering, or related IT infrastructure roles.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and enterprise applications.
• Stable employment history with proven delivery on infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, support, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure hardware and software platforms.
• Manage and support servers, storage systems, networking technologies, security devices, backup solutions, disaster recovery systems, and SaaS applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues and serve as escalation point for advanced concerns.
