Connext Global Solutions Inc is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to lead onboarding and implementation of new clients within a SaaS/fintech environment.

You will manage end-to-end onboarding, gather requirements, coordinate timelines, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure smooth adoption and issue resolution. Ortigas-based role offering performance bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years in a client-facing role in financial services, SaaS, fintech, or related industries.
• Experience onboarding, implementation, project coordination, or similar roles.
• Experience managing client relationships and supporting system adoption.
• Experience with technology platforms or software solutions.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding, implementation, adoption, and transition through milestones.
• Gather client requirements and translate needs into implementation plans and configurations.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, change requests, and client expectations during implementation.
• Serve as primary client contact, providing updates, platform guidance, user education, and issue resolution.
• Investigate escalated concerns, identify root causes, and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
• Improve onboarding processes, documentation, knowledge bases, and client experience with Sales, Support, and Product.

What is the job?

The Client Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing the successful onboarding and implementation of new clients within a SaaS/financial technology environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding, implementation, adoption, and transition through key milestones.
• Gather client requirements and translate business needs into implementation plans, workflows, and configurations.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, change requests, and client expectations throughout implementation.
