Connext Global Solutions Inc is seeking a Collateral Operations Support Specialist to work with Connext's client in the United States, delivering advanced technical and operational support on financial technology platforms.

You will serve as the primary contact for international clients, prioritize requests, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with technical teams, and maintain detailed CRM/ticketing records to improve client experience and platform reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years in client-facing technical support.
• Experience using CRM or ticketing systems.
• Experience providing technical support to clients.
• Experience handling phone interactions with clients.
• Proficiency in detailed technical support and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

The Collateral Operations Support Specialist provides advanced technical and operational support to clients using financial technology platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for international clients, handling platform inquiries and providing product guidance.
• Prioritize client requests, explain technical concepts clearly, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Troubleshoot and investigate platform issues, identify root causes, and determine appropriate resolutions or escalations.
• Monitor platform performance and track bugs, system issues, and technical concerns through support tools.
