Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement and purchasing to ensure timely, compliant material acquisition.
• Manage end-to-end purchase order requisitions, documentation, tracking, and invoicing support.
• Maintain procurement data in enterprise systems with data quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers across time zones.
• Prepare and present routine metrics and reports for performance monitoring.
• Provide cross-functional project coordination support as needed.
