Job summary

GoTeam is seeking a Client Relationship Manager for a day shift in Cebu City, operating in a hybrid model with an emphasis on strategic client lifecycle management. You will own retention, expansion opportunities, and smooth onboarding/offboarding across international clients and offshore teams.

You should bring 5+ years in CRM or related roles within BPOs or global shared services, direct ownership of client health metrics, and proven calm under high‑stakes conversations with executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, or Customer Success within a BPO or Global Shared Services environment.
• Direct ownership of client retention metrics, account growth (upselling/expansion), and contract lifecycle management.
• Proven exposure to Western business culture and ability to communicate with international C‑suite stakeholders.
• Experience in conflict resolution and managing complex "difficult" client conversations regarding performance or offboarding.
• Ability and willingness to work onsite in Cebu City for the first 6 months on a fixed day shift.

Responsibilities

• Own the health and expansion of your assigned client portfolio, ensuring long‑term stability and revenue growth.
• Lead regular business reviews (QBRs) to align client goals with team output.
• Identify and close opportunities for team expansion or service upgrades.
• Intervene proactively at the first signal of client dissatisfaction to prevent churn.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes with precision to protect assets and maintain continuity.
