Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Channel Operations Specialist to support worldwide partner programs and ensure smooth deployment across regions. You will collaborate with Business Development, Sales Operations, and Marketing to manage enrollments, eligibility, and program records, while maintaining accurate CRM data and resolving operational issues.

The role emphasizes hands-on Dynamics 365 expertise, process documentation, and continuous learning in a hybrid work environment with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience supporting or administering CRM systems is an advantage.
• Background in sales operations, marketing operations, channel support, or related function.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage partner enrollment in channel programs and promotions.
• Verify partner, product, and program eligibility.
• Create and maintain program benefits, promotional quotes, agreements, and records.
• Upload and update Market Development Fund budgets in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Review leads, accounts, and partner information to ensure correct assignment and enrollment.
• Respond to email and CRM inquiries, resolve cases, and route requests to the appropriate teams.
• Support MPS Express opportunities by reviewing cases and creating price cards and contracts.
• Coordinate partner onboarding, system access, training, and progress updates.
• Review demo claims and submit partner claims through Vistex.
• Monitor claim payouts and communicate status updates to sales teams.
• Maintain accurate records and help improve the overall partner experience.
