Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a Channel Operations Specialist to support worldwide channel programs, promotions, and partner initiatives. You will work with Business Development, Sales Operations, and Marketing to manage partner programs and ensure smooth experiences across regions.

You will verify eligibility, maintain program records, and handle CRM inquiries while coordinating onboarding, price cards, contracts, and budget reviews within Dynamics 365.”

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; IT-related degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Manage partner enrollment in channel programs and promotions.
• Verify partner, product, and program eligibility.
• Create and maintain program benefits, quotes, agreements, and records.
• Upload and update budgets in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Review leads, accounts, and partner information for correct enrollment.
• Respond to CRM inquiries, resolve cases, route requests.
