Job summary

BNP Paribas Solutions Philippines Branch in Manila seeks a Senior Associate to support Corporate Actions processing across APAC shifts. You will monitor actions, identify eligible positions, and manage voluntary event elections while ensuring accurate scrubbing, reporting, and bookings in the general ledgers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Corporate Actions experience, with strong Excel skills and the ability to work in a multi-cultural, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in Corporate Actions, APAC shift preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting and organizational skills.
• Proactive, compliant and able to work in a international environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor corporate actions across reliefs and identify eligible positions.
• Manage election process for voluntary events with other teams.
• Scrub and setup corporate actions in operating systems (e.g., Picasso).
• Provide regular reports to hierarchy and support meetings.
• Coordinate with agents and custodians; ensure proper bookings.
