• 3+ years of proven leadership experience managing teams within a complex financial environment.
• Deep expertise in cash flow management, international banking systems (SWIFT, Multiline), and foreign exchange processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Strong track record in maintaining internal controls and navigating global regulatory requirements.

• Lead the strategic and operational execution of cash management, ensuring seamless bank transfers and administrative compliance within the Manila Centre of Excellence.
• Oversee end-to-end payment processing, including invoice settlements, funding reviews, and submission of transfer instructions via global banking systems.
