Job summary

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting, possess strong cash handling knowledge, and have proven experience in balancing, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution while leading staff to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures, controls, and SOP compliance.
• Experience in daily cash balancing, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
• Experience in leading and managing employees to hit operational targets.
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
