The Corporate Institute is seeking a Head of Investor Relations to serve as the architect of our financial narrative. Based in Mumbai, you will collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and the Board to articulate growth, manage quarterly earnings, and cultivate relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and stakeholders.

You will lead IR strategy, earnings communications, and ESG disclosures, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with strategic initiatives across the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of a comprehensive investor relations strategy.
• Oversee end-to-end quarterly earnings process, including scripts and Q&A materials.
• Coordinate with Corporate Strategy to align market messaging with long-term goals.
• Organize roadshows, investor conferences, and site visits for stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and shareholder sentiment to inform strategy adjustments.
• Oversee annual reports and ESG disclosures in compliance with regulations.
