Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in M&A and Corporate Finance.
• Top-tier CA/CFA/MBA preferred.
• Experience in Electronics/Technology, Product and Manufacturing ecosystem.
• Proven acquisitions and integrations experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
