Job summary

Aurecon in Manila is seeking a Capability Content Consultant to join the growing Capability Content team. The role supports strategic content aligned with Aurecon’s sales and marketing objectives, liaising across the organization with regional leaders to develop quality content for client engagement and winning work.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end content processes, collaborate with SMEs to produce capability statements, and contribute to pitch decks and marketing materials

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in content, editorial, or design in B2B/B2C environments
• Technical writing experience, including campaigns and social media
• Experience writing capability statements, strong presentation and layout skills, and knowledge of branding

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end content development from conceptualization to publication in the internal library with SMEs and content specialists
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality capability statements
• Support production of tailored pitch decks for clients and create digital/print materials showcasing people, projects, and tools
• Ensure visuals follow brand guidelines and enhance content presentation
• Assist in pipeline management by tracking content production stages and applying approved corrections
• Maintain and update content to enrich Knowledge Libraries
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across the business
