Job summary

Aurecon in Manila is seeking a Capability Content Consultant to join the growing Capability Content team. The role supports strategic content aligned with Aurecon’s sales and marketing objectives, liaising across the organization with regional leaders to develop quality content for client engagement and winning work.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end content processes, collaborate with SMEs to produce capability statements, and contribute to pitch decks and marketing materials

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in content, editorial, or design in B2B/B2C environments
• Technical writing experience, including campaigns and social media
• Experience writing capability statements, strong presentation and layout skills, and knowledge of branding

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end content development from conceptualization to publication in the internal library with SMEs and content specialists
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality capability statements
• Support production of tailored pitch decks for clients and create digital/print materials showcasing people, projects, and tools
• Ensure visuals follow brand guidelines and enhance content presentation
• Assist in pipeline management by tracking content production stages and applying approved corrections
• Maintain and update content to enrich Knowledge Libraries
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across the business

The Capability Content Consultant presents a unique opportunity to be a part of the growing Capability Content team based in Manila, effectively supporting the development of strategic content in line with Aurecon’s sales and marketing objectives.

We are actively recruiting those passionate about working collaboratively and building on technical knowledge within the organization, as we grow our business and improve how we tell stories about our success and impact across the different markets we serve.

This role involves liaising across all levels of the organization, working with regional technical leaders in developing quality and compelling content that our teams use to engage our clients and win work.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting Aurecon's business globally. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

• Provide end-to-end content development from conceptualization, outline development, writing, and publication in our internal library in collaboration with subject matter experts and other content specialists
• Work with subject matter experts to support the development of high-quality capability statements
• Support the production of pitch decks that are tailored to clients
• Support the creation of digital and print materials that showcase our people, project experience, and bespoke tools in the various markets that we serve
• Enhance the visual presentation of content, following brand guidelines
• Assist in pipeline management by closely monitoring every stage of the content production pipeline and applying corrections based on approved guidelines
• Compile, maintain, and update content to enhance our Knowledge Libraries
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across the business

You will also need the following capabilities:

Qualifications (Required)

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience as part of content, editorial, or design team in a B2B/B2C environment, preferably in the construction, design, consulting and advisory, or IT sectors.
• Technical writing experience, working with campaigns, social media, etc.,
• Writing capability statements, good eye (presentation , layout, branding), pitch decks, B2C environment
• Ideally, you have worked in other multi-national verticals and know what it takes to build impactful B2B content.
