Job summary

Aurecon is seeking a Capability Content Consultant to join the Manila team, supporting strategic content aligned with Aurecon’s sales and marketing goals. You will liaise across levels, work with regional technical leaders, and help craft quality content used to engage clients and win work globally.

The role involves developing capability statements, pitch decks, and digital/print materials, while ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and knowledge management best practices.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a content, editorial, or design team within B2B/B2C environments.
• Technical writing experience, working with campaigns, social media, etc.
• Ability to write capability statements and create compelling pitch decks for B2C contexts.
• Experience in multi-national verticals and building impactful B2B content.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end content development from conceptualization to publication in the internal library with subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality capability statements.
• Support production of pitch decks tailored to clients.
• Create digital and print materials showcasing people, project experience, and bespoke tools.
• Enhance visual presentation of content following brand guidelines.
• Assist in pipeline management by monitoring content production stages and applying guidelines.
• Compile, maintain, and update content to enrich Knowledge Libraries.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across the business.

What will you do?

The Capability Content Consultant role presents a unique opportunity to be a part of the growing Capability Content team based in Manila, effectively supporting the development of strategic content in line with Aurecon’s sales and marketing objectives. We are actively recruiting those passionate about working collaboratively and building on technical knowledge within the organization, as we grow our business and improve how we tell stories about our success and impact across the different markets we serve. This role involves liaising across all levels of the organization, working with regional technical leaders in developing quality and compelling content that our teams use to engage our clients and win work. We know the work we do is vital in assisting Aurecon's business globally.

• Provide end-to-end content development from conceptualization, outline development, writing, and publication in our internal library in collaboration with subject matter experts and other content specialists
• Work with subject matter experts to support the development of high-quality capability statements
• Support the production of pitch decks that are tailored to clients
• Support the creation of digital and print materials that showcase our people, project experience, and bespoke tools in the various markets that we serve
• Enhance the visual presentation of content, following brand guidelines
• Assist in pipeline management by closely monitoring every stage of the content production pipeline and applying corrections based on approved guidelines
• Compile, maintain, and update content to enhance our Knowledge Libraries
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across the business

Qualifications (Required)

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience as part of a content, editorial, or design team in a B2B/B2C environment, preferably in the construction, design, consulting, advisory, or IT sectors.
• Technical writing experience, working with campaigns, social media, etc.
• Writing capability statements, good eye for presentation, layout, branding, pitch decks in a B2C environment
• Ideally, you have worked in other multi-national verticals and know what it takes to build impactful B2B content.
