Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with a proven record of delivering measurable business results.
• Proven expertise in SEO, social media strategy, CRM, online publications, website launches, and website relaunch projects.
• Experience working with multicultural teams within B2B, advertising, fintech, or other client-focused industries.
• Demonstrated success working in startup or high-growth environments with the ability to drive business impact.
• Hands-on experience with leading SEO and analytics platforms such as Semrush, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), and other content optimization tools.
• Strong understanding of content performance metrics, analytics, and conversion optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
• Refine brand messaging, establish editorial standards, and ensure consistency in tone, style, and content quality across all channels.
• Create and manage editorial calendars that drive engaging content for websites, social media, email, video, SEO, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor content performance using analytics and SEO tools, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve engagement, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Optimize content workflows, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure content is effectively repurposed and distributed across relevant B2B marketing channels while adhering to internal processes and service level agreements.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, SEO, analytics, and digital teams to execute integrated content campaigns.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, AI tools, and content automation solutions to improve productivity and support scalable content growth.
• Stay informed of digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and evolving content strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
