Job summary

Aurecon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant in the Philippines to provide end-to-end recruitment support across business units. You will drive market research, talent mapping, and salary data insights to inform hiring decisions and develop strong candidate pipelines.

You will engage passive and active candidates through diverse channels, collaborate with hiring managers, and contribute to employer branding and sourcing efficiency across geographies.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years’ experience in global or multi-regional talent sourcing, research, or recruitment.
• Proven experience in market research, talent mapping, and delivering insights for hiring decisions.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, HireVue, Workday).

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end recruitment support to assigned business unit.
• Lead talent mapping, market research, and salary data recommendations.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles and engage candidates with Aurecon’s EVP.
