Job summary

Aurecon is seeking a Quality Representative for the Global Design Centre Manila. You will contribute to project services, ensuring quality across teams and suppliers, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Based in Manila, you will perform audits, monitor quality performance, and collaborate with project managers to uphold compliance with ISO 9001 and related standards. Join a global engineering team focused on delivering complex projects with excellence.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with experience in reporting, coordination, and tracking project deliverables.
• Proactive in driving projects forward by identifying risks and escalating key issues.
• Relevant QA background with hands-on auditing or quality assurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and compliance standards.
• Experience in engineering or construction environments; able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Communicate quality standards, requirements, and best practices across project teams to ensure alignment.
• Plan and deliver internal and external audits to maintain compliance with quality processes and project requirements.
• Monitor and report quality performance, including audit findings, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and drive timely corrective and preventive actions to closure.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure robust document control, governance, and compliance.
• Assess and evaluate subconsultants and suppliers to ensure their quality systems meet established standards.
• Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and PMs to maintain consistent quality across project delivery.
• Partner with Aurecon Quality & Assurance teams to drive continuous improvement and standardization of practices.
