Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. (SG) seeks a 1-year contract Working Capital Controller to lead the financial close, AR/billing improvements, and OTC process enhancements.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will manage the end-to-end billing cycle, revenue reports, and policy updates while collaborating with BD teams to support risk management and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Motivated self-starter, hands on, resourceful and independent.
• Analytical and meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Finance manager.
• Responsible for the financial accounting period end close.
• Recommend improvements for billing processes, AR collection procedures.
• Responsible for all AR activities.
• Manage the monthly billing cycle, revenue reports and analyses, billing estimates and ad hoc reports.
• Review and update financial policies and procedures.
• Monitor ageing balances and support bad debt provision estimation.
• Implement KPIs to track and improve performance of the OTC functional process.
• Manage the end to end matter and client financial lifecycle, suggest improvements to enhance the quality of service and seek efficiencies.
• Develop close relationships with BD teams across the network and provide financial support.
• Monitor the risk in respect of slow moving and bad debts and maintaining the flow of information so that Senior Management are aware of risks and exposure in relation to receivables Support internal/external audits and check on any audit issues

Salary ranges from $4,500-$5,300/Month with completion bonus
