Job summary

White & Case LLP's Global Operating Center in Manila provides global billing and administrative services across offices. The Specialist, Billing role ensures billing activities comply with firm policies and supports client matters with accurate invoicing.

You will generate and edit client bills in Elite 3E, submit eBilling, prepare back-ups and standard reports, and respond to billing inquiries while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• At least 3 years of billing experience in a BPO or Shared Services.
• Experience with Elite 3E is required.
• Knowledge in e-billing is an advantage.
• Experience as remote/executive/administrative assistant with international law firm exposure is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate client bills through Elite 3E in compliance with client agreements.
• Edit drafts to reflect narratives and hours per instructions.
• Prepare and track electronic bills via eBilling Hub.
• Generate standard billing reports (WIP, AR, Timekeeper Utilization).
• Respond to billing mailbox and coordinate with Cash Receipts and AP teams.
