Job summary

White & Case LLP is expanding its Global Operating Center in Manila. We seek a Specialist, Billing to ensure bills meet firm standards and policies while supporting key clients.

You will generate client bills in Elite 3E, manage eBilling submissions, and prepare back-ups and reports for auditing and internal analysis. The role involves coordinating with Cash Receipts and Accounts Payable, maintaining client/matter records, and mentoring junior billers in a high-volume, international law firm

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business or related field required.
• At least 3 years of billing experience in a BPO or Shared Services environment.
• Experience in Elite 3E is required.
• Knowledge of e-billing is advantageous.
• Remote/Executive/Administrative Assistant experience with a large international law firm is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Generate and prepare draft client bills in Elite 3E in compliance with global client agreements.
• Edit drafts including narratives, hours, and formatting as instructed by partners and stakeholders.
• Prepare, submit, and track electronic bills through eBilling Hub and other portals.
• Gather and summarize back-ups for disbursements and resolve issues in 3E records.
• Generate standard billing reports (WIP, AR, Timekeeper Utilization).
• Update client and matter records as requested.
• Respond to requests via the Billing Mailbox and 3E Bullpen; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with Cash Receipts and Accounts Payable to resolve payments.
• Mentor junior billers and assist in audit documentation.
