Job summary

White & Case LLP's Global Operating Center in Manila seeks a Specialist, Billing to ensure billing activities align with firm standards and policies under supervision. You will handle draft client bills, e-billing submissions, and generate standard billing reports in 3E, supporting global clients and office operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, at least 3 years in billing within BPO or shared services, and experience with Elite 3E.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• At least 3 years of billing experience in a BPO or Shared Services.
• Experience with Elite 3E is required.
• Knowledge of e-billing is an advantage.
• Experience as a Remote/Executive/Administrative Assistant with exposure to a large international law firm is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Generate and edit client bills in Elite 3E per global client agreements.
• Prepare and track eBilling submissions and respond to rejections.
• Generate standard billing reports (WIP, AR, Timekeeper Utilization).
• Coordinate with Cash Receipts and AP teams on payments and queries.
• Maintain client/matter records and support audit requirements.
