Job summary

JPMorgan Chase invites applications for a Client Ops Associate I (Manager) in Billing Operations. You will own fee billing setup, workflow case management, and timely closure of inquiries within SLA across CIB product lines such as Custody, Fund Accounting, and Collateral.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Operations, Financial/Banking/BPO, or Project Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
• Experience leading projects and meetings; able to influence peers and senior staff.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client fee schedules and apply them accurately in the billing platform.
• Coordinate with Revenue Mgmt, Relationship Mgmt, and Client Service to reflect agreed fee structures in invoices.
• Identify new product price points and coordinate/testing with Billing Tech
• Bill clients timely and provide documentation to Billing Production Manager.
• Support Billing Services inquiry management and MIS tasks.
• Escalate issues timely and work with management to ensure proper controls.
