Job summary

ABC Fitness is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to support our diverse customer base primarily via email, live chat, and phone using Zendesk. You will own customer issues from initial contact through resolution and operate at a global level.

The role requires at least 1 year in a fast-paced, customer-facing role, bilingual English and Japanese, strong CRM skills, empathy, and a growth mindset to adapt as AI technologies evolve.

• 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support through email, live chat and phone.
• Identify technical issues and report them to the Product team.
• Communicate resolutions clearly to clients.
• Contribute to the knowledge base and saved replies.
• Build positive relationships with our diverse customer base.
• Identify and own customer problems to mitigate or resolve them.
• Demonstrate product capabilities and functionality.
• Collaborate with customers and Product Management to identify new features.
