Qualifications

• 4+ years in application support or implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Agile practices.
• Experience with Azure DevOps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage BAU requests, queries, and incidents end-to-end.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Design and enhance checklist management processes with global stakeholders.
• Define UAT requirements and collaborate with developers on testing.
• Drive user adoption through training and ongoing support.
