IQ-EQ is seeking a Navigator Support Analyst on a 12-month contract to support a global planning and resource management platform. The role focuses on BAU operations, issue resolution, and documenting tests and user guides.

You will collaborate with international stakeholders to maintain standards and deliver timely reports. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in application support, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office tools.

Formación

• 4+ years of application support or implementation experience.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Agile ways of working.
• Proactive with Azure DevOps and product development best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage BAU requests, queries, and incidents end-to-end, ensuring timely resolution and SLAs.
• Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and recommend improvements.
• Design and maintain checklist management processes with global stakeholders.
• Define UAT requirements, leverage Azure DevOps, and work with developers to test enhancements.
• Promote user adoption through training and clear communication while addressing change impacts.
