Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a mid-level professional to support the Business Architecture & Solution Design team in managing a global planning and resource management platform. You will handle BAU requests, incidents, and data updates while ensuring adherence to global standards and delivering timely reporting.

You will collaborate with international stakeholders, define UAT requirements, and test enhancements. The role involves continuous process improvement and change management in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• 4+ years of application support or implementation experience.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify challenges and root causes.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, documentation, mock-ups, and Agile practices.
• Willingness to learn new tools, support evolving business needs, and use Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Manage BAU requests, queries, and incidents end-to-end, ensuring timely resolution and SLAs.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose effective business solutions.
• Design, standardize, and enhance checklist management with global stakeholders.
• Define UAT requirements, leverage Azure DevOps, and collaborate with developers.
• Drive user adoption through training and ongoing support while addressing risks.
