HRTx Inc. is seeking an experienced data architect-level analyst to translate complex business needs into clear data models and integration specifications.

You will work within the Enterprise Architecture team to optimize data structures, maintain the application portfolio, and guide developers and business units on efficient data integration. The role emphasizes collaborating with non-technical stakeholders, governing data standards, and supporting data migration projects.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years in business analysis or analytical roles, with 3+ years in architecture-related functions (data modeling, integration, governance).
• Experience with architectural and data modeling tools, data migration, and system integration practices.
• Strong stakeholder interviewing and communication skills, initiative, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving.
