Job summary

The Hird Corp. in Quezon City is seeking a customer service specialist to handle UK and US banking accounts on-site. The role requires 1–2 years of experience in banking/financial services and a high school or equivalent education.

You will respond to inquiries, assist with payments and loan applications, document interactions, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. A monthly allowance and night-shift differential are provided along with health benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school graduate or 2nd year college completed.
• 1–2 years of experience handling US or UK banking/financial accounts in a contact center.
• Experience in banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or similar financial services.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable handling international customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound interactions for UK financial accounts.
• Assist with account inquiries, payments, loan applications, and related banking concerns.
• Resolve issues while complying with company policies and financial regulations.
• Provide accurate information and maintain high customer service standards.
• Document interactions and update account records as needed.
