Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting is seeking a Senior Audit Manager to lead global audit operations from its Cebu onsite location. You will guide audit teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, monitor performance against KPIs, and drive improvements to boost efficiency and service quality.

You will leverage data and process expertise to standardize workflows, automate where possible, and support strong client and carrier relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in technology, logistics, or BPO with focus on process improvement and operational excellence.
• Experience mentoring teams with strong people management skills.
• Experience leading projects and implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of process improvement tools and methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Can start immediately, if possible.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit teams supporting clients across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
• Monitor team performance and ensure KPI and service level targets are met.
• Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives across audit operations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify manual processes, reports, and tasks using available systems and tools.
• Act as an escalation point for client, carrier, and audit-related concerns.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve performance and promote continuous improvement.
• Facilitate training sessions on performance management, processes, and available tools.
• Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and ensure actions are completed on time.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and direction to direct reports, as applicable.
• Support audit reviews, team meetings, and initiatives focused on operational excellence.
