Trax Technologies in Cebu, Philippines, is seeking a Logistics Team Lead to supervise a global data analytics and auditing team. You will oversee freight audit processes, ensure accuracy and quality, and drive continuous improvement across international client accounts.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of leadership experience in logistics, strong English communication, and proficiency in Excel and ERP/TMS systems. Onsite with rotating shifts is required to support 24/5 operations.

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors supporting multiple international client accounts.
Plan, prioritize, and allocate workloads to ensure timely completion of audit deliverables.
Monitor daily team performance and productivity to achieve operational goals and service level agreements (SLAs).
Conduct regular team meetings, weekly planning sessions, and operational reviews.
Oversee the execution of Trax's freight audit processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality standards.
Review and resolve audit exceptions, discrepancies, and escalated cases in a timely manner.
Ensure audit activities are completed within established turnaround times and customer expectations.
Analyze audit trends and recommend corrective actions to improve overall performance.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
Serve as the primary escalation point for customer and carrier concerns, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Understand customer business requirements and proactively deliver high-quality service.
Support customer reviews by presenting operational performance, KPIs, and service improvements.
Conduct performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and regular feedback discussions.
Develop team members through mentoring, training, and career development initiatives.
Identify process improvement opportunities to increase operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain, update, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
Promote a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture focused on continuous improvement.
Review operational dashboards, KPI reports, and scorecards.
Monitor customer metrics and ensure achievement of performance targets.
Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to management based on data analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, freight audit, financial analysis, customer service operations, or a related industry.
Previous experience in a Team Lead, Supervisor, or Leadership role is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate high-performing teams.
Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience using ERP, MRP, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or other enterprise systems is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively with global customers, cross-functional teams, and international stakeholders.

Schedule: Shifting schedule supporting 24/5 global operations
Must be willing to work onsite and on rotating shifts, including holidays when required.
