Trax Group in the Philippines seeks a Director/Sr. Audit Manager to lead global audit teams, optimize processes, and drive performance improvements. You will measure outcomes, leverage data for strategy, and ensure effective client and carrier engagement.

Ideal candidate has leadership experience, expertise in process improvement, and strong communication for cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in a technology, logistics or BPO managerial role focused on process improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt or related certification preferred.
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams with strong leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to derive insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients, carriers, and stakeholders.
• Experience leading projects and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Audit Supervisors/Managers across Asia, Europe, and the Americas to execute audit processes.
• Prioritize tasks for team clusters and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
• Plan and measure weekly/monthly/quarterly performance against KPIs using data from Trax platforms.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce non-value add work.
• Mentor global audit teams and act as escalation point for production issues related to rate cards, ratings, and rules.
• Develop and update SOPs and training materials; support audit reviews and CAPA completion.
