Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting in Cebu City, Philippines is seeking an Audit Senior Manager to lead global audit operations across regions. You will manage audit teams, monitor performance, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, standardizing processes, implementing CAPA, and developing SOPs and training sessions. A Bachelor's in a related field and 3+ years of managerial experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a technology, logistics, or BPO environment, preferably with focus on process improvement and operational excellence.
• Experience managing and mentoring teams with strong people management skills.
• Experience leading projects and implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Can start immediately, if possible.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit teams supporting clients across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
• Monitor team performance and ensure KPI and service level targets are met.
• Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives across audit operations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify manual processes, reports, and tasks using available systems and tools.
• Act as an escalation point for client, carrier, and audit-related concerns.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve performance and promote continuous improvement.
• Facilitate training sessions on performance management, processes, and available tools.
• Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and ensure actions are completed on time.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and direction to direct reports, as applicable.
• Support audit reviews, team meetings, and initiatives focused on operational excellence.
