Trax Group in the Philippines is seeking an Audit Manager to lead a team of Logistics Data Analysts, Auditors and Supervisors. You will ensure SLA-driven delivery of audit support, maintain quality controls, and implement performance plans to scale operations.

You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders, manage team performance, and foster a culture of excellence. Strong leadership and analytics are required to drive efficiency and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of team leadership experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, BPO, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients, carriers, and stakeholders.
• Experience in logistics and financial analysis; familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and customer management is a plus.
• Advanced skills in Excel and MS Office.
• Proven ability to earn trust, motivate teams, set direction, resolve conflicts, and execute with limited information.
• Solid influencing skills and strong business and technical acumen.
• Experience in stakeholder management at all business levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, dependable, and results oriented.

• Flexibility to work in a shifting schedule for 24/5 coverage.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly gain a comprehensive understanding of client requirements, Trax’s product offerings, and value delivery.
• Take responsibility for the successful execution of Trax audit support services, ensuring SLAs are met and key KPIs are monitored for improvement opportunities.
• Establish strong relationships with client and carrier organizations, acting as a subject matter expert and their escalation path
• Collaborate effectively with internal business partners and stakeholders in a matrix environment to meet client deliverables and set appropriate priorities .
• Provide well-founded audit decisions and recommendations, ensuring sufficient checks and controls to maintain team output quality.
• Diligently manage team backlog and assignments to ensure commitments are met within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans, addressing or escalating issues promptly.
• Inspire and motivate team members through regular coaching and development, fostering a positive team culture.
• Execute continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance audit efficiency and overall customer experience.
• Emphasize continuous improvement, striving for maximum automation and maintaining robust audit controls.
