Job summary

CloudCFO is seeking an Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team, empowering business owners with precise accounting and cloud-based solutions while advancing your career.

The role oversees monthly, quarterly, and annual close, GAAP compliance, regulatory reporting, and client accounting for global accounts; you will mentor staff, drive process improvements, and collaborate with external auditors to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy and CPA certification required.
• At least 2+ years of experience as Accounting Manager with global clients.
• Experience with QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
• Oversee daily accounting activities including accounts payable/receivable, GL, and payroll.
• Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Mentor and coach Accounting Associates and Senior Associates.
• Collaborate with external auditors and support audits.
