Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Assurance is hiring a Senior Manager with asset management assurance experience to lead service delivery for key clients and coach managers. You will support technical training, help grow the Asset Management practice, and monitor KPIs while driving quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires a CPA and around 10+ years in assurance/audit, with international exposure as an advantage.

Qualifications

• CPA credential is required.
• Approximately over 10 years of assurance/audit experience.
• International experience of over 2 years is an added advantage.
• Excellent project and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support management of service delivery for several key clients.
• Coach managers in the Asset Management segment and provide technical support.
• Deliver industry training and assist in growing the Asset Management practice.
• Develop annual growth, resource and activity plans and monitor KPIs for teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and standardize projects.
• Assist in addressing service delivery quality issues when they occur.
