Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounting operations function to ensure accurate, timely financial and NAV reporting.
• Maintain a robust control environment with reconciliations, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and mentor the accounting team and collaborate with auditors, regulators, custodians, fund managers, and service providers.
