Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounting Supervisor for Accounts Receivable (Order-to-Cash). You will lead the AR team, drive end-to-end O2C processes, and partner with finance colleagues across the Philippines, Australia, and New Zealand.

You will oversee month-end activities, GL support, and financial reporting while ensuring internal controls and compliance. A CPA credential and multinational experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in AR/O2C or related finance functions; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C and AR processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review high-volume AR transactions in line with policies and controls.
• Monitor collections, billing adjustments, and receivable activities with data integrity.
• Support month-end close and GL reconciliations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to validate transactions.
